Paul Curtis has a diverse work experience with a focus on program management and delivery. Paul is currently working as the Director of Program Management and Delivery at Geoscience Australia since July 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, including being the Director of Surface Combatants Strategy and Knowledge Management from May 2017 to July 2022 and a Project Manager for Collins Platform Projects from June 2014 to May 2017. Before that, they worked at the Defence Materiel Organisation, where they served as a Project Manager for SEA 1000 IPT - Industry Strategy from July 2013 to June 2014, a Project Manager for Future Submarine Industry Skills Plan from August 2012 to July 2013, and the Business Access Office State Manager from December 2010 to August 2012. Their earlier experience includes an Associate role at Booz & Company from January 2007 to December 2010 and Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2005 to January 2007.

Paul Curtis completed their Masters of Project Management from UNSW from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physio) from the University of South Australia.
