Rebecca Wellum

Rebecca Wellum has been working in compliance for over ten years. Rebecca began their career at ADP, where they eventually became the Director of Compliance Programs for Canada. In this role, they were responsible for establishing a strategy for managing compliance across the Canadian organization. Rebecca also realized significant year-on-year improvements in Engagement Scores in areas focused on integrity and compliance.

In 2015, Rebecca left ADP to take on the role of Vice President, Compliance at Geotab. In this role, they are responsible for establishing and maintaining a compliance program that meets all regulatory requirements. Rebecca has also implemented various processes and procedures to streamline the compliance process and make it more efficient. Rebecca is a member of the ADP Women in Leadership Mentoring Circle and is highly engaged with their team, always looking for ways to challenge them and help them grow.

Their manager is Neil Cawse, CEO. They are on a team with Roula Vrsic - Senior Vice President, Marketing, Sherry Calkins - Vice President, Connected Car, and Lindy Theron - VP, Human Resources.
