Sara Archibald is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent program management, analytics, and HR technology. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Program Management & Analytics at Geotab since January 2019, Sara leads the HR Technology & Data Department, focusing on process optimization and strategic HR solutions across various domains such as performance management and employee engagement. Previously, Sara held HR roles at Archmill House, L-3 WESCAM, and the Ontario Provincial Police, with responsibilities ranging from developing talent acquisition strategies to managing HR advisory services.
