Shams Salim, PMP, currently serves as a Product Delivery Manager for the Shared Mobility portfolio at GEOTAB, overseeing the management and delivery of four software products focused on vehicle functionality. Simultaneously, Shams holds a position as a Professor at Conestoga College, teaching Agile Project Management while providing coaching to students. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Infosys Consulting, Project Manager at Miovision, Project Lead/Scrum Master at Manulife, and Project Manager at S.W. Market Strategists Ltd., where Shams successfully managed complex projects utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. The early career featured a position as a Business Analyst at Softchoice, where Shams improved business processes related to client transactions. Education was obtained from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
