Bárbara Buono-Core Zúñiga

Bárbara Buono-Core Zúñiga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in geology and human resources. Currently serving as Gerente de Personas & Cultura at GeoVictoria since June 2021, Bárbara has previously held leadership roles in talent and culture within the same organization. In addition to corporate work, Bárbara is a Titular Professor at Universidad de Chile, contributing to coursework and fieldwork in geology since March 2016. Previous roles include LiDAR Data Analyst at Ecodrones Chile, and financial manager and co-founder at La Kanasté and Pipeños Tembleke. Early experiences include positions at Servicio Nacional de Geología y Minería and the University of Bristol, focusing on geological mapping and research support. Bárbara holds a degree in Geology from Universidad de Chile and previously studied Engineering at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
