Giovanni Giacchetti

Giovanni Giacchetti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and value advisory across multiple regions. As Senior Director at GEP Worldwide since May 2021, Giovanni focuses on software sales and business development in the EMEA region, helping clients navigate their digital transformation journeys using GEP's technology and services. Prior to this role, Giovanni served as Director of Value Advisory for Intelligent Spend Management at SAP from January 2017 to April 2021, leading teams in the EMEA South to enhance the value proposition of SAP's procurement cloud applications. Giovanni's earlier experience includes a tenure as Managing Director at Accenture, where the leadership of the Sourcing & Procurement practice for Italy, Central Europe, and Greece was undertaken, focusing on transforming procurement and supply chain organizations. Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
