Nick Wallis

Nick Wallis is a Partner at Gerald Edelman, leading the Deal Advisory team with a focus on corporate finance, M&A, pre-sale planning, and fundraising. With prior experience as a Director at Bluebox Corporate Finance Group and various managerial roles at PwC, Nick has a background in transaction services and audit. Nick began their career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nottingham.
