Victor Southwell

Although Victor was formally appointed in July 2018, he has been involved with the business since 2011, first as an independent labour consultant, then HR Manager and now executive leader of GERATEC. Victor is an admitted attorney and labor law specialist, with many years of experience in legal practice, including being a partner in the firm Cliffe Dekker Attorneys. He holds a masters degree in human rights and constitutional law from the University of Michigan and was a coordinator for the Western and Northern Cape with the South African Human Rights Commission from 1998 - 2001. Before going solo as a labor consultant, and being introduced to GERATEC, Victor was an in-house Industrial Law Specialist and HR Manager for the Truworths group for five years.
