Lucrecia Siman

Lucrecia Siman is currently a Strategic Operations MBA Intern at Circ® and an MBA Candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management, where Lucrecia serves as Dean's Fellow and co-president of both the Latin American Business Club and the Family Business Club. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at EY, progressing from Analyst to Manager in the Strategy & Innovation practice at EY wavespace™, where Lucrecia collaborated with Fortune 500 executives on strategic initiatives. Additional roles include Board Observer at Intradeco and internships across various advisory capacities at EY and Grupo Unicomer. Lucrecia holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Notre Dame.
