Alexis Harvey

Alexis Harvey has a diverse work experience that showcases their leadership and project management skills. Alexis started as a Campaign Director at Lynch Development Associates in 2005 and later held roles at Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, including Chief Operating Officer. Alexis transitioned to Traction on Demand as a Project Manager before moving to Salesforce as a Senior Engagement Delivery Consultant. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director, Delivery at Gerent. Throughout their career, Alexis has demonstrated their ability to lead project teams, ensure successful project delivery, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders for shared success.

Alexis Harvey earned a B.A. in International Affairs from Mount St. Mary's University in 2004. Alexis later obtained certifications in Collaborative Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021 and in Salesforce administration and business analysis from Salesforce in 2020. Alexis also completed the Trailhead program by Salesforce, earning the title of Ranger.
