Chad Graham

Chad Graham has extensive experience in delivery management, with their most recent role being Vice President of Delivery at Riverstrong. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Delivery at Riverstrong and Director of Delivery at Gerent. Chad has demonstrated leadership and expertise in overseeing IT services for clients in North and South America during their time at Hewlett-Packard, where they progressed from ITO Service Delivery Manager to Account Delivery Manager -Americas. Their responsibilities included managing teams, projects, contracts, budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through customized solutions and cost reduction strategies.

Chad Graham attended Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology from 1997 to 1999, studying Computer Science.
