Felicia L. Hamilton, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst/Consultant at Gerent since April 2023, where responsibilities include chairing the DEI Committee and enhancing client processes. Felicia also owns V.A.N Ham Consultants, focusing on advocating for inclusion in various environments by educating C-Suite members on its importance for ROI. As a Youth Mentor since June 2011, Felicia assists high school students in preparing for post-secondary education and career paths. Previous roles include serving as a Vlocity Senior Business Analyst at Silverline and a Business Analyst III at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where contributions included developing test scenarios and improving CRM processes.
