Sylvain Dionisio

Sylvain DIONISIO has a diverse and extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Sylvain started their career at Haulotte Group as a Painting Line Supervisor and later transitioned to the quality department. Sylvain then worked at Faurecia as a Production Supervisor, where they were responsible for leading a team and implementing continuous improvement strategies. After that, they joined Valeo as a Production Supervisor, where they gained expertise in the Valeo Production System (VPS) and implemented various improvement initiatives. Sylvain then moved on to Continental as a Production Manager, overseeing a workshop with 110 employees and implementing Lean Manufacturing processes. Later, they joined Greif as a Manufacturing Director, where they managed a small structure and achieved significant improvements through implementing Lean Manufacturing processes. Sylvain joined Gerflor in 2012 and held various roles, including APU Manager and Autonomous Production Unit Manager, before becoming the Sr VP Operations at Gerflor USA. Currently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer at Dumaplast.

Sylvain DIONISIO completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Manufacturing and supply chain management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in the years 1999 to 2002. In 2015, they also attended emlyon business school, where they earned a degree in LEADING AN ACTIVITY with a focus on Leadership.
