Maximilian de Melo is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in real estate, property management, and international sales. As President and Co-Founder of MXP Group LLC since October 2014, Maximilian has focused on real estate holdings, developments, and investments in technology and e-commerce. As Owner and Managing Partner of America One Luxury Real Estate since January 2017, Maximilian has contributed to property management and brokerage services in Arizona. Additionally, Maximilian serves as a Board Member for the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. in the Arizona Chapter, supporting German businesses in the U.S. Maximilian's prior roles include managing director positions and senior consulting roles in renowned companies across various industries, showcasing expertise in project management, recruitment, and business development. Maximilian holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from CBS International Business School and an International Baccalaureate from Bonn International School.
