Patrick Niederdrenk

Patrick Niederdrenk serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of MXP Group LLC, established in October 2014, which encompasses America One Luxury Real Estate, MXP Real Estate Investment LLC, and Ogulo USA Technology, with operations in the United States and international locations. As the Owner and Managing Partner of America One Luxury Real Estate since December 2016, Patrick has established a significant presence in the Arizona real estate market, particularly in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Additionally, Patrick is a Board Member of the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., focusing on facilitating business relations for German companies in the United States. Patrick's previous role as CEO and Co-Founder of MXP Real Estate Investment highlighted expertise in real estate acquisitions and management. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and is a licensed real estate agent.
