Jonathan Silverman

Jonathan Silverman has worked in the Human Resources field since 1998. Jonathan began their career at Education Development Center (EDC) as a Project Manager, where they helped develop a start-up consulting initiative focused on school improvement, developed workshops for school principals and teachers, and facilitated workshops at national and local conferences. In 1999, they moved to Associates for International Research, Inc. (AIRINC) as the European Data Department Manager, where they established the company's European headquarters, recruited and hired multi-national staff, and negotiated contracts. In 2006, they joined Google Inc. as a Program Manager, International Compensation. Jonathan then moved to Nokia in 2008 as a Senior Manager Global HR. In 2015, they joined HERE as an HR Analytics, Policy and Projects Manager. In 2019, they became the Vice President Human Resources at ClearVAT AG. Most recently, they joined German Bionic as the Head of Human Resources in 2020.

Jonathan Silverman graduated from Harvard University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Government.
