Kirstin Hartman

Kirstin Hartman, CPA, currently serves as the Business Office Accounting Manager at Germantown Academy since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kirstin accumulated extensive experience at Independence Blue Cross, where positions held included Director of Corporate Accounting, Accounting Manager, Accounting Project & Production Support Manager, and Lead Accountant from April 2014 to July 2023. Earlier career experiences include serving as Team Lead at Citco Fund Services from December 2011 to April 2014, and as both a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at Kreischer Miller from September 2008 to January 2012. Kirstin Hartman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 2004 and 2008.
