Kelly Mikulski

Kelly manages the daily operations of Germer International by processing all financial transactions and by establishing an effective working relationship with all employees and clientele while maintaining the professional integrity and standards of the company. She also handles all of the Human Resource functions at Germer International as well as being a Recruiter, working in all areas of Pharmaceutical.

Kelly has worked with John Germer since 1998. With over 20 years’ experience, she has acquired an extensive knowledge of how to effectively recruit in the Pharmaceutical industry.

She graduated with a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. She was a member of the Women’s Basketball team during her entire time at the University of Pittsburgh.

Kelly has coached High School Girls Basketball in the Lehigh Valley. She started running in 2011 and has finished several races including the VIA Half Marathon and several Tough Mudders. Kelly is also a Breast Cancer survivor.
