Derek Pasch

Derek Pasch has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Derek currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Gersh Autism. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Panel Recruitment at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Northwell Health, where they played a key role in recruiting and managing healthcare professionals. Derek also has experience in the retail industry, having served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals. Before transitioning to talent acquisition, Derek held various managerial positions in different industries, including automotive (Martino Auto Concepts), hospitality (ARAMARK), electrical services (Meisner Electric Inc. of Florida), and staffing (Professional Staffing Inc. / Able Body Labor, Action Labor and Staffing Connection).

Derek Pasch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baruch College. Derek also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from the same institution. Prior to attending college, Derek completed their high school education and received a diploma from Friends Academy, where they pursued a College Preparatory program. Furthermore, Derek has obtained several certifications in various areas of professional development, such as Communication within Teams, Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, Building Resilience as a Leader, Leading at a Distance, Strategic Focus for Managers, and Coaching and Developing Employees. These certifications were earned from institutions like LinkedIn, with the most recent one being obtained in June 2021.
