Muhib Kfoury, MSc, PSM I

Muhib Kfoury, MSc, PSM I have a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Muhib began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the American University of Beirut, where they provided information and assistance to visitors and students. Muhib then transitioned to a Student Assistant role in the Comptroller's Office, where they handled data entry and record-keeping tasks.

In 2009, Muhib joined the American University of Beirut's Computing and Networking Services as a First Line Support technician, offering technical assistance to over 3,000 employees. Afterwards, they briefly worked as a Developer at International Management Systems.

From 2010 to 2013, Muhib was a Senior Software Engineer at Tetracom s.a.l., where they implemented Avaya/Nortel Contact Center solutions and Microsoft products such as Exchange Server and DHCP. Muhib also developed CTI applications and actively participated in architectural and design discussions.

Starting in 2013, Muhib worked at AUBMC as a Software Engineer & Analyst, analyzing business requirements, designing software solutions, and evaluating design tradeoffs. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior/Lead Software Engineer & Analyst, leading IT projects and mentoring junior developers.

In 2021, Muhib joined Monty Mobile as a Lead Software Developer, where they designed and developed high-performance solutions and managed a team of junior and mid-level software engineers. Later in the same year, they transitioned to the role of Software Development Team Lead and Scrum Master at GET Group Holdings Ltd., where they are responsible for designing and developing scalable solutions and leading complex technology projects.

Throughout their career, Muhib has consistently applied Agile SDLC methodology and actively participated in technical discussions and decision-making processes. Muhib holds an MSc degree and is a Professional Scrum Master I certified.

Muhib Kfoury earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut in 2010. Muhib then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Lebanese American University from 2013 to 2016. In 2012, they completed their MCITP certification in Windows Server 2008, Enterprise Administrator from Formatech - Integrated Learning Centers. Prior to their university education, Muhib completed their high school studies at Sagesse High School - Ain Saade, earning a Lebanese Baccalaureate in Life Sciences in 2007. Muhib also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the PMP - Project Management Professional (Certificate of Attendance) from the American University of Beirut in 2014 and the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2023. Muhib also holds various Microsoft certifications and has completed multiple courses in IT project management and software processes.
