Neil Golson has a comprehensive work experience that spans over various industries.

Neil started their career in 1999 as an Enterprise Account Manager at Everdream Corp., a start-up offering Internet-based computing and support services. During this time, the company received recognition as one of Fast Company's top twenty emerging technology companies.

In 2001, Neil worked as the Older Boys Head Counselor at Camp Thunderbird for a few months.

Following that, they joined The Home Depot in 2002 as a General Store Manager. Neil progressed through various roles within the store leadership program, eventually managing a 110,000 square foot retail outlet with $30 million in annual revenue.

Neil joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2007, where they held multiple roles including Associate Brand Manager, Citrus Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Director of Business Development & Supply Chain for The McDonald's Division. Their accomplishments at Coca-Cola included developing brand plans, driving market share growth, and commercializing product and infrastructure roadmaps.

In 2014, Neil joined SolarCity as a Senior Director of Business Development. Neil created a shopper-centric selling approach, built a lead generation organization of 1,500+ employees, and managed strategic partnerships with companies such as Home Depot, Best Buy, BMW, AT&T, and DIRECTV.

Neil then moved to Tesla in 2016, where they held the position of Retail Development for the North America Energy Division. In this role, they significantly increased productivity by restructuring sales channels, merchandising, and shopper engagement. Neil also led demand generation strategy as the Head of Energy Marketing & Sales Operations, North America, and redefined how consumers evaluate solar as part of a sustainable lifestyle purchase.

From 2019 to 2021, Neil held executive positions at FLASH, first as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, and later as the Chief Marketing Officer. During their tenure, they engineered a transformational category creation strategy, fueling rapid growth, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions for the company's cloud-based SaaS parking and mobility platform.

Currently, Neil is the Head of Commercialization at Ribbon, a position they have held since 2023.

In 2005, they went on to pursue an MBA at Auburn University Harbert College of Business, specializing in CPG Marketing and Supply Chain. Neil completed their MBA in 2006.
