Jeff Maggard

Jeff Maggard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and aviation. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at CBORD since January 2020, Jeff specializes in network troubleshooting and SSL/TLS implementation for Odyssey PCS and related platforms in the higher education and healthcare sectors. As the owner of Jetpack Solutions since January 2017, Jeff provides Apple tech support and consulting services in the Ithaca, NY area. Jeff's aviation background includes roles as a Contract Pilot and UAV Pilot, as well as past positions as a pilot and Director of Safety for Seneca Flight Operations and Assistant Chief Flight Instructor at East Hill Flying Club. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University and furthered education at Texas State Technical College Waco.
