Rachel Luty, MS, RDN, serves as a Solutions Architect at CBORD since February 2021, following a tenure at UHS where Rachel held positions as Corporate Program Manager and System Administrator for Nutrition. In those roles, Rachel established the enterprise landscape for CBORD’s food service management program and ensured compliance with nutritional standards across a network of hospitals. Earlier experience includes positions as Implementation Associate at CBORD, Traveling Clinical Dietitian with Aramark Healthcare, and adjunct faculty at Delaware County Community College. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies from Boston University. Rachel's diverse background encompasses clinical nutrition, project management, and teaching, underscoring expertise in both operational and clinical nutrition domains.
