Fay Vlahu Scott has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2011, Fay worked as an Account Executive at Piston Agency, where they led brand-led and performance-based digital marketing campaigns for clients such as L'Oreal and Oakley. In 2012, they joined Aquent as a Senior Digital Consultant, providing expertise in digital consulting until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Fay worked as a Senior Account Manager at Turner Duckworth, managing client accounts like Google and Coca-Cola, and leading projects in packaging, branding, and GTM campaigns. Fay also served as an innovation and technology subject matter expert for the agency.
Later, from 2015 to 2016, Fay Vlahu Scott held the position of Client Strategy Director at Beyond, followed by the role of Engagement Director at Huge from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on client engagement and strategy. In 2018, they became the Director of Client Strategy at sparks & honey for a brief period until 2019.
From 2019 to 2021, Fay served as the Strategy Director at VSA Partners Inc., leading strategic initiatives. In 2020, they were selected to participate in the RARE with Google Leadership Accelerator program, aimed at developing leadership skills for underrepresented voices in the creative industries.
In 2021, Fay joined Robinhood as the Director of Brand Strategy. Fay'sresponsibilities included conducting research, owning brand strategy, defining target audiences, and overseeing creative development for products and feature releases within the Crypto, Education, and Retirement sectors.
Currently, Fay Vlahu Scott holds the position of VP, Marketing at April since July 2022. In this role, they lead a multi-disciplinary marketing and brand creative team, focusing on developing personalized tax products integrated into financial decision-making apps.
Fay Vlahu Scott pursued their education at UC Santa Barbara from 2006 to 2009. In this period, they achieved a B.A. with High Honors, focusing on Psychology and Technology Management.
