Tom Alderman

Tom Alderman has worked in the finance and investment banking industries since 2001. Tom began their career as a Summer Analyst with Citi's Derivative Markets business in 2001. In 2005, they were promoted to Analyst, Derivative Markets with Citi. In 2006, Tom moved to Piper Jaffray as an Associate and Analyst for Investment Banking. In 2010, they joined Credit Suisse as a Vice President for Technology Investment Banking and stayed until 2017. In 2017, Tom joined Getaround as the Chief Financial Officer, and was later promoted to Vice President, Finance and then Senior Director, Finance. In the same year, they also joined Piper Jaffray as a Vice President for Investment Banking.

Tom Alderman attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2001 to 2005, where they received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics with a Finance concentration.
