Gerri Reyes, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in people operations and recruitment. Currently serving as a People Operations Business Partner at CARET since August 2019, Gerri focuses on aligning business objectives with employees and management. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Coordinator at AbacusNext, HR Generalist/Office Manager at Techify Inc., and Senior Search Consultant at Eagle Professional Resources. Gerri has a solid foundation in HR and business management, holding a degree in Human Resources Management from York University and a Business Administration degree from Humber College. Additional experience includes co-owning a café and working as an independent contract recruiter.
