Melinda Davila

Melinda Davila has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Melinda is currently working at CARET as the Senior Director of People Operations, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at CARET from March 2018 to August 2022. Before joining CARET, Melinda worked as the Human Resources Manager at U.S. Zinc from 2014 to 2017. Melinda also held the position of Human Resources Manager at TelcoMotion from 2009 to 2014. Melinda's early career includes working as a Store Manager at BB1 Classic from 2004 to 2009 and as an Area Sales Manager at Foley's from 2000 to 2004.

Melinda Davila has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from LSU Shreveport, which they attained in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in 2010. In 2003, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Houston Community College.
