Your next career: fabric is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy sales representative with strong business acumen to join our growing Sales & Business Development team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will generate new business by qualifying inbound  leads through phone, email and social outreach and work collaboratively across our sales organization to set high-value sales opportunities. You will also work collaboratively with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations to help us scale by doing deep research and analysis on target accounts and contacts, giving us a deeper look into our ideal customer profile. This is an entry level role for people looking to break into Software/Tech Sales and Marketing. We intend for all our inbound SDRs to quickly ramp and accelerate into outbound Business Development (BDR) roles and after ~18-24 months (assuming strong performance and fit) move into other roles within the business to help fabric grow.

Your responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to qualified inbound leads with a focus on ‘speed to lead’ (time from when the lead engages with marketing to your first sales outreach)
  • Interact on calls with inbound leads to better qualify the needs of our ICP before handing off to sales and disqualify leads that do not fit our ideal customer profile. 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to help enrich account technographic, firmographic data to learn our ICP and help us scale our sales org
  • Become a market expert – researching and understanding our target industries and personas, and what makes them tick

The annual salary for this position is between 50k to 66k USD + commission.
