Hilary Callaway

Hilary Callaway is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Flex since May 2023, Callaway previously held multiple senior roles at Accenture, including Senior HR Partner and Senior Vice President of People & Culture at The Stable. Prior to Accenture, Callaway was the Chief People & Inclusion Officer and Vice President of People at BVA, a prominent commerce agency. Additional experience includes positions as Director of People & Culture at Wrike and HR Director at Lytx Inc. Callaway's career began at Infotech Systems Management and its sister company, Ascender Software. Academically, Callaway holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminology from Florida State University.
