Molly Winer

Molly Winer is the Recruiting Ops Lead at Flex. Prior to joining Flex, Molly served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Spin (Ford Mobility) from January 2020 to January 2022. In this role, Molly managed a team of 6 Recruiting Coordinators and was responsible for all aspects of the candidate interview experience, administration of job postings and offer letters. Molly also executed seamless and efficient processes of the interview cycle from beginning to end, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. In addition, Molly enhanced the Spin Employment Brand and accuracy of job postings, candidate data, and offer letters.

Prior to Spin (Ford Mobility), Molly was a Recruiter at Randstad USA from August 2019 to January 2020. Before that, Molly was an actress and model from July 2018 to May 2019.

Molly began their career in recruiting as a University Recruiting Coordinator at Elite Prep from August 2017 to July 2019. During that time, they also served as a Summer HR & Development Analyst at Aquifer from June 2017 to August 2017.

Molly Winer graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, International & Global Studies, and French. Molly then attended Sorbonne Université for Art Molly'story.

They are on a team with Jacob Mark - Head of Talent, Zahra Kagalwalla - Senior Recruiter, and Mani Gidda - Senior Global People Ops Generalist. Molly Winer reports to Sharn Dhami, VP of People & Talent.
