Claire Johnson is the current Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Flex. Claire has previous experience working as the Director of Recruiting and HR at Datasembly, where they were responsible for hiring all employees, both technical and non-technical. Claire also set up recruiting, HR, and employee experience functions from scratch. In just over a year, they were able to hire 45 people, including a VP of Engineering, a VP of Customer Success, a Head of Data Science, and a VP of Marketing.
Prior to their work at Datasembly, Claire was the Senior Technical Recruiter at Expel and the Lead Technical Recruiter at GoCanvas. In their role as Lead Technical Recruiter, they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions. Claire has extensive experience in the recruiting field and is passionate about helping others find their dream job.
Claire Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Claire also has a certification from LinkedIn as a LinkedIn Certified Professional- Recruiter and a certification from AIRS, an ADP Company as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter.
