Sharn Dhami

Sharn Dhami is the current Vice President of People & Talent at Flex. Sharn has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions at different companies. Sharn started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at The Bagg Group and then became an HR Consultant (contract) at PwC Advisory Services. From there, they went on to work as an Associate – Audit and Assurance Group (Intern) at PwC. After their internship, they became an HR Coordinator (contract) at IMAX. Dhami then worked as a Global HR PMO/Talent Management Leader at Capco from 2010 to 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Technology at TD. And most recently, they were the Global Director, People Partners at Stack Overflow from 2020 to 2022.

Sharn Dhami completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Toronto Mississauga with a Specialist in Finance and Major in Economics. Sharn also has a Human Resources Management Certificate from Sheridan College. Additionally, they have received certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate as well as certification from NovoEd in Foundations of Learning Experience Design. Finally, they have also completed a Graphic Design course on Udemy.
