Heidi Klinkerman

Heidi Klinkerman has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Heidi is currently a Talent Partner at Foresight Commercial Insurance, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Generalist at Fortitude Re from December 2018 to October 2021.

Before joining Fortitude Re, Heidi was a Client Delivery Specialist at Broadleaf Results from July 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for consulting with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify the contingent talent needed and develop sourcing strategies for suppliers. Heidi also provided training to new hiring managers and managed the hiring process for contingent labor at BBH.

Heidi's previous experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis at Bottom Line for a brief period in 2017. Heidi also served as a TA Analyst at Triad Resources from February 2016 to August 2016, where they supported strategic sourcing and assisted in process development.

Early in their career, Heidi worked at AIG as a Talent Acquisition Analyst for recruiting effectiveness from March 2015 to January 2016. Heidi delivered trainings, held weekly calls with recruiting coordinators, and ensured they had the necessary tools and training for success. Prior to this role, they served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Associate from May, 2012 to March, 2015.

Heidi's work experience began at First Call Personnel Services, where they worked as an HR Coordinator from July 2007 to May 2012.

Heidi Klinkerman pursued their education at Loyola University New Orleans from 2003 to 2007. Heidi obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management & Music Industry Studies during this time.
