Patrick Lambert

Patrick Lambert has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience in underwriting and business development. Patrick started their career at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, where they worked as an Underwriting Specialist, filing new carrier workers' compensation forms and maintaining compliance with regulations. Patrick then advanced to the role of Underwriting Supervisor, managing a team of underwriters and providing training for new hires.

In 2017, Lambert joined ICW Group as a Senior Business Development Underwriter. In this role, they priced workers' compensation accounts, analyzed data for business acceptance or rejection, and developed relationships with brokers to increase revenue.

In 2021, Lambert moved to AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., where they served as an Underwriting Manager. Patrick led a team of underwriters and underwriting assistants, ensuring they achieved production goals in the competitive workers' compensation insurance market. Patrick also worked closely with sales to execute external marketing strategies.

Most recently, Lambert joined Foresight Commercial Insurance in 2023 as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter. Patrick'sresponsibilities include pricing workers' compensation accounts, analyzing data for business acceptance or rejection, and building effective relationships with brokers to drive revenue growth.

Patrick Lambert attended California State University-Sacramento from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
