Currently serving as Dyrektor Wydziału Budżetowania i Wynagrodzeń at VeloBank S.A. since March 2019, Grzegorz is responsible for preparing and managing personnel cost budgets, implementing incentive systems, conducting salary analyses, and collaborating on organizational restructuring. Previously, Grzegorz held roles at Raiffeisen Polbank as Compensation and Benefits Team Manager and HR Analyst, where responsibilities included HR strategy development, compensation analysis, and budget oversight. Grzegorz also worked at Mercer as EMEA Compensation & Benefit Lead Analyst, leading analytical projects primarily within the energy industry. Grzegorz holds a Master’s degree in management and marketing from the University of Warsaw.
