Maciej Kleczkiewicz

Maciej Kleczkiewicz is a Member of the Management Board at Getin Noble Bank SA. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Controlling & MIS Department at Bank Millennium from June 2006 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for providing monthly updates on commercial and financial results at the management board meetings, as well as contributing to strategic projects in client acquisition, omnichannel and digital transformation, consumer and mortgage lending, and customer value proposition strategy.

Kleczkiewicz has a strong background in analytics and financial control, which they have used to develop and launch revenue-generating programs and process improvements. Maciej has designed and industrialised cross-selling models with up to 40% service cost-cutting, supported remuneration schemes for sales channels, and back office. Under their leadership, the Controlling & MIS Department has made significant contributions to business development and uplift in share of CRM-based consumer loans and corporate lending.

Maciej Kleczkiewicz is a graduate of Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they earned their master's degree in Information Systems and Econometrics.
