Anne-Laure Vandame

Anne-Laure Vandame has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Anne-Laure is currently working as an HR Manager at JUST since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cajoo as a Talent Acquisition Lead from January 2022 to September 2022, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2021 to January 2022. Anne-Laure also served as an HR Development Assistant at Moët Hennessy Diageo France from January 2021 to July 2021, where they were involved in various HR activities such as organization of HR and managerial reviews, recruitment process, and training plan implementation.

Additionally, Anne-Laure worked as France Director's Assistant at AED - Aide à l'Église en Détresse from March 2020 to May 2020, and as an HR Trainee at Marriott Hotels from September 2019 to February 2020. Anne-Laure also held the position of Vice-trésorière at FÉDÉRATION DES ÉTUDIANTS DE l'IÉSEG, where they managed financial resources and supervised the association system of the student association from September 2017 to June 2019.

Anne-Laure Vandame has also pursued additional certifications. In 2020, they obtained certifications in La protection des enfants contre les abus sexuels, Management de Projet, Principes humanitaires: Appliquer les principes clés, and Prévention des exploitations et abus sexuels, from institutions such as DisasterReady and UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.
