Laetitia Brun

Laetitia Brun is the CHRO at Getlink. Laetitia has previously worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Winoa from March 2019 to September 2021 and the Solvay Energy Services & Sustainable Development Function Human Resources Director at Solvay from April 2004 to March 2019.

At Winoa, Laetitia was responsible for leading the Group HRD for the company, which is a global leader for Steel Abrasives. Laetitia was also a member of the Executive Committee and was responsible for change management, talent & leadership development, and internal communication.

At Solvay, Laetitia was responsible for helping develop and drive the strategic ambition of the Solvay Energy Services Global Business Unit and Function. Laetitia facilitated behavioral transformation and ensured operational management of all HR processes within the GBU while maintaining coherence with Group policy.

Laetitia Brun has a Master 2 in Human Resources from iaelyon School of Management and a Master 1 in Finance and General from iaelyon School of Management.
