Rian Naven Villanueva

Rian Naven Villanueva has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2014, Rian served as an Advocacy Volunteer for Ateneo Psyche, where they contributed to the organization's advocacy for the scientific study of behavior and mental processes.

In 2015, Rian joined Ateneo Special Education Society as a Logistics Core Volunteer. In this role, they collaborated with different institutions to develop quality special education programs for persons with special needs. Rian engaged with individuals with special needs through activities such as arts and crafts, baking, and sports.

Moving on to their professional career, Rian worked at Kalibrr from November 2017 to September 2020. Initially, they served as a Recruitment Specialist, assisting clients with their hiring needs and providing technology-based solutions for streamlining recruitment processes. Later, Rian transitioned to a Business Development Associate role, focusing on creating new leads and supporting existing clients. As an Enterprise Partner, Rian activated new revenue channels and product lines in the SaaS space and spearheaded partnerships in various market segments.

In 2020, Rian joined Skill Success as a Product Manager, responsible for managing product development and strategic planning. They also took on the role of Associate Product Manager & Business Development Partner, where they contributed to business development efforts and cross-functional collaboration. Rian's tenure at Skill Success lasted until October 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, Rian started working at Magic, Inc as a Product Manager, where they are expected to continue their contributions in product management.

Rian's work experience showcases their expertise in product management, business development, recruitment, and advocacy work within the education and technology sectors. Additionally, their cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills are evident throughout their career.

Rian Naven Villanueva pursued their Bachelor's of Psychology degree from Ateneo de Manila University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their high school education with a Special Science Curriculum at Tarlac Montessori School from 2009 to 2013.
