Customer Support Team Lead at Maple

Adrienne Jean has had an extensive career in customer service, beginning in 1997 as an Office Administrative Assistant at Shaw Cable. In 2004, they became a Small Business Owner at Oh So Retro Accessories. In 2018, they joined Transcom as a Tier 2 Customer Relations Specialist, where they provided support for T1 agents and handled over 50 calls per shift. In 2020, they joined Maple (getmaple.ca) as a Customer Support Representative, where they documented customer correspondence in CRM, delivered fast and friendly service, and troubleshot technical issues. Adrienne was later promoted to Customer Support Specialist, where they created operational protocols and customer service processes to improve staff performance, and then to Customer Support Team Lead, where they fostered positive employee relationships and collaborated with management on projects.

Adrienne Jean has a Leadership Essentials Certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in Business, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Adrienne also took courses in Critical Thinking: Advanced, Understanding & Managing Conflict, and Professional Writing in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
