PJ Gurumohan

Co-Founder at Nectar

PJ Gurumohan has held a number of roles in the technology industry since 1999. PJ began their career as a Software Engineer at IBM in 1999. In 2000, they were an intern in the Corporate Leaders Program at US Airways (America West Airlines). From 2002 to 2006, they were a Research Fellow and Associate at Arizona State University. In 2006, they co-founded GENWI, Inc. and served as the Product and Technology Lead. In 2008, they were Interim CTO at Togetherville, Inc. until it was acquired by Disney. From 2010 to 2014, they were Co-founder and CEO of Genwi (acquired by Persistent Systems). PJ then co-founded Nectar Inc. in 2014.

PJ Gurumohan received their B.E. in Electronics & Communication from B. M. S. College of Engineering in 1999. PJ then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University, which they completed in 2002. Finally, they earned their PhD in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University in 2006.
