Gustavo Muñoz is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in developer and technical support roles. Currently serving as VP of Developer Experience at Passport since June 2023, Gustavo has led the development of a comprehensive operational strategy to enhance developer productivity and solution quality. Previously at Degreed from August 2020 to June 2023, Gustavo held various positions, including Technical Support Engineer TL and Technical Project Consultant, where responsibilities included providing direct technical assistance, conducting root cause analyses, and defining project scopes. Prior experience includes technical support roles at SAP Ariba and SAP, along with consulting work at Instituto Cultural Brasileiro Norte-Americano and a bilingual service desk role at HCL Technologies. Education includes a degree in Computer Technician with a focus on Software Development and Hardware Maintenance from Ulbra Cristo Redentor.
