Aleksandra Bugajska has held various roles in talent acquisition and development throughout their career. Aleksandra started as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at GetResponse in June 2015, where they provided effective talent acquisition processes and interviewed candidates for the Customer Success, Back Office, and Sales Departments. In June 2016, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist and was responsible for managing the comprehensive recruitment process for the Business and Marketing Department, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants. Aleksandra then moved up to the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they coordinated talent acquisition plans and implemented solid procedures and policies for all departments.
