Mikki Pazman has a diverse work experience in education and business. From 2002 to 2004, they were an Elementary School Teacher at Norfolk Public Schools, where they taught overage second/third grade and fourth grade at a low socio-economic (Title I) school. From 2004 to 2008, they were a Fourth Grade Teacher at Duval County Public Schools, focusing on Reading, Writing, and Language Arts. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Century Boats and a Fourth Grade Teacher at Punahou School. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Financial Aid Advisor at Gulf Coast State College.
