Mikki Pazman has a diverse work experience in education and business. From 2002 to 2004, they were an Elementary School Teacher at Norfolk Public Schools, where they taught overage second/third grade and fourth grade at a low socio-economic (Title I) school. From 2004 to 2008, they were a Fourth Grade Teacher at Duval County Public Schools, focusing on Reading, Writing, and Language Arts. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Century Boats and a Fourth Grade Teacher at Punahou School. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Financial Aid Advisor at Gulf Coast State College. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Educator Support Manager at Cross Country Education. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Long-Term and Day-to-Day Substitute Teacher at DoDEA. Currently, they are a Fourth Grade Teacher at Guam Department of Education and will become a Partnership Manager at Selected in 2022.
Mikki Pazman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Sociology from Moravian University, which they obtained in 2000. Mikki also has a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction - English and Language Arts from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Mikki has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in November 2022: Flip the Script: A Toolkit for Sellers and Negotiators (Blinkist Summary), Jeffrey Gitomer’s Little Red Book of Sales Answers (getAbstract Summary), and Sales Fundamentals.
