Ólafur Óskar Ómarsson

Ólafur Óskar Ómarsson has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Starfsmaður í stjórnstöðu (NOC) at Míla, where they monitored telecom systems, primarily for Míla and large parts of other companies with telecom system contracts. In 2019, they worked as a Sumarstarfsmaður á fjármálasviði at Míla, where they were responsible for transitioning all of Míla's leases into a new system. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Programmer at Rue de Net and then as a Frontend Developer at Sling.

Ólafur Óskar Ómarsson began their educational journey in 2013, when they attended Menntaskólinn í Reykjavík and earned a Stúdentspróf in Physics. In 2017, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Háskóli Íslands. In 2019, they participated in an exchange program at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they studied Computer Software Engineering.
