Fedor Khatskevich

Fedor Khatskevich has extensive work experience in the IT industry, starting with their role as a System Administrator at Detsky Mir in 2006. Fedor then worked at Kavanga as a System Administrator, where they focused on modernizing and configuring workstations and implementing licensed operating systems. From 2005 to 2009, Fedor served as an IT Specialist at Manpower CIS, administering two offices and conducting centralized software installations and testing. Fedor then joined Agnitum as an Engineer in the Testing Department before moving on to BCC Group as an Engineer-Programmer. In this role, they adhered to SLA guidelines, handled incoming service requests, and analyzed incident causes. Fedor then expanded their responsibilities as the Head of the IT Department at the Center for Intensive Education Technologies, where they collaborated with external IT service providers, managed equipment procurement, and established an equipment depreciation fund. Following this, Fedor gained experience as an IT Project Coordinator at ManpowerGroup, where they worked closely with clients, managed service level indicators, and prepared new PCs for the company's call center operations. Fedor then joined GetStar in 2016 as Head of the IT Department and DevOps Engineer, responsible for setting up VPN access to the office, configuring remote access for technical support, and managing network security. Currently, Fedor serves as a DevOps Engineer at MTS, contributing their expertise in improving IT infrastructure.

Fedor Khatskevich holds a Specialist degree in Information Security Specialist from the Saint Petersburg State University of Waterway Communications. Fedor pursued their Specialist degree from 2000 to 2005. Fedor also pursued their Aspirantura (Postgraduate studies) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Protection from the same university from 2005 to 2008.
