Austin started their career as a Graphic/Web Designer for the Drama Department at Queen's University, where they collaborated with creative staff to develop promotional material for web and print. After their role at Queen's University, Austin worked at Soren Bennick Productions as a Sales Associate and later as a Junior Tour Manager.

From 2014 to 2018, Austin worked at EventMobi in various roles, including Junior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive. At EventMobi, they played a pivotal role in providing event planning solutions and developing event strategies in collaboration with event professionals, marketers, and C-Level executives.

In 2018, Austin joined CrowdRiff as an Account Executive before being promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2019. At CrowdRiff, they utilized the platform's unique social search capabilities to help brands target visual content for marketing purposes and built relationships with contributors to acquire user-generated photos and videos for brands' storytelling needs.

Currently, Austin is employed as a Senior Account Executive at Cognota, a collaborative platform that streamlines the front-end training development process, making training programs more effective and time-efficient.

Austin S. has a bachelor's degree in Arts from Queen's University, obtained between the years 2006 and 2011. Additionally, they have completed several certificate programs.
