Jerry Jenkins

Jerry Jenkins serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Getty Images, overseeing all aspects of the company’s diverse global workforce. Jerry has an extensive background leading people operations and global talent acquisition in dynamic organizations.

Jerry serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, executing an HR strategy in support of company plans and culture while building a world‑class HR team and organization.

Prior to joining Getty Images, Jerry served as both Chief People Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Doma, building the HR functions and teams from the ground up, designing a comprehensive Human Capital strategy and implementing an efficient and scalable infrastructure. Prior to that, Jerry was a Vice President of Human Resources and HR Business Partner in some of the Fortune 500 “World’s Most Admired Companies” including PayPal, eBay, and First Data (Fiserv) where he designed, built, and led worldwide People Operations and Global Talent Acquisition teams.

Jerry has served on the board of INROADS as Vice‑Chair for the Rocky Mountain Region and participated in the Drury University Mentoring Network, helping students gain industry‑relevant skills and knowledge prior to entering the workforce. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Drury University and his MBA in Human Resources Management from Baker College ‑ Center for Graduate Studies and has also been certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
