Tracy Knox

Tracy Knox is an accomplished financial executive and board member with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Board Member and Audit Chair for Getty Images and Babylist, Tracy also acts as a Founder Advisor at Madrona and a CFO Advisor/Consultant with TK Advisors LLC, providing finance and strategy support. Tracy has held significant roles including CFO of Rover.com, where leadership included navigating the company through a successful SPAC merger, and CFO of Rightside, managing the direct listing spin-off. Early career positions also include CFO roles at A Place for Mom and UIEvolution. Tracy holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University.
