Michael Wertz

Michael Wertz has extensive experience in education and military service. From July 2020 to the present, Michael holds a retired status with the Gettysburg Area School District and the US Army, having served in various roles since May 1979, including as a Commissioned Officer. Notably, Michael was a Senior Army Instructor at Gettysburg Area School District from November 2006 to June 2020 and at Frankford High School from 2004 to 2006. Prior military roles include Program Manager at Eagle Group International and an Active Guard Reserve Officer in the Army National Guard. Michael holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Penn State University.
